Roofers

Roofers are skilled tradespeople who specialize in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs using materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and asphalt. Their work includes inspecting roofs to identify damage or wear, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring roofs are weatherproof and structurally sound. Roofers follow safety regulations to protect themselves while working at heights and often provide preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of a roof. When selecting a roofer, it is important to consider their experience, references, licensing, insurance, warranty offerings, and cost estimates.

Waterproofers

They install, repair, and maintain roofs while applying waterproofing techniques to prevent leaks and moisture infiltration. Using materials like membranes, coatings, and sealants, they ensure roofs are weatherproof and structurally sound. Their work involves inspecting roofs to identify vulnerabilities, implementing solutions to safeguard against water ingress, and adhering to safety and industry standards.
